Consultation process

Intro phone call to talk about your needs.

You will be sent a 'Life history and daily routine of your dog' form to fill out prior to our first appointment.

First consultation appointment will run for approximately 1 - 1.5 hours

The following 4 appointments will last for up to 1 hour.

We will discuss further your dog's routine, including; life history, daily routine, behaviour, and expectations.

We will discuss the likely causes of the behaviour, help you understand your dog and how to manage it.

This will be followed by a summary of the behavioural issue and management/treatment plan going forward.

Behavioural modification is an ongoing process. While many dogs respond well to the treatment plans each dog learns at their own individual pace. Following the first session we have four follow up appointments as part of your plan to build consistency and understanding

Mileage

appointments outside an 8 mile radius will have an additional charge of 0.47p per mile

Additional sessions
Each case is unique and therefore in certain circumstances, additional sessions may be required or recommended.

Cancellations
-
Business hours are 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday. if you need to cancel or move your appointment we ask that you give 72 hours notice of this. Failure to do so will result in a charge of 50% of the full fee
